Delete your account
You can delete your PLAT account yourself. We show you exactly what is removed and what is kept before anything happens.
On the website
Sign in, then open Account, Settings, and Delete your account. You will need to tick that you understand, then press delete twice.
Go to Delete your account (you will be asked to sign in first).
In the app
Open Account, then Settings, then Delete your account. The same checks apply.
What is removed
Your name and contact details go. Saved stylists, photos on your account, and sign-in access go too.
What is kept
Records of bookings and payments stay, with your name taken off them, because those are financial records PLAT has to keep. Booking messages, support tickets and a record that you accepted the terms also stay, without your name or email on them.
